How is my order packaged?
All orders are gift wrapped in wrapping paper. If it is for a gift, please let us know and we would be happy to write a note with it.

When will my order be shipped?
All items will be sent within 24-78 business hours of receiving the order.

Where do you ship to?
Where ever you are in the world as long as a postman can reach you.

Where are you located?
Deep in the Heart of Texas i.e. Lampasas, Texas, y'all!

How secure is this store?
LMB uses Shopify and PayPal for payments, and both of them automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal or Venmo account you may use it. Just login as guest.

What is your refund/exchange policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery confirmation as long as the original label is still intact and has not been cut off and the item is in perfect condition. When we receive the return, it us up to our discretion concerning the state of the returned item. We will then issue STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Can I cancel my order once its been placed? 

No. Orders are processed, packaged, and shipped so quickly our system cannot cancel orders. You can return for store credit if it complies with our 14 day return policy. 

 

Can I get a refund or cancellation for a forgotten code? 

No. Once orders are placed we cannot cancel, refund, or reapply a codes for you in our system.
